Hi, I’m Tiffany Harms (she/her)
Prior to starting my own firm, I served as the Vice President of Organizational Development for a large Planned Parenthood affiliate serving Washington State and Idaho, where I oversaw leadership development, employee experience and culture, HR, talent acquisition, and training. My passion and source of joy was infusing trauma-informed approaches into my work, which I saw have a tremendous impact in ensuring that staff felt respected, cared for, and supported, and that leaders had the tools they needed to be effective and guide their teams in alignment with the values and mission of the organization.
While my education and primary roles have been in OD, my career has been a casserole of experiences: I’ve been an award-winning journalist, a community outreach and marketing manager for a large food cooperative, ran a successful state senatorial campaign, oversaw communications, PR, and marketing for Planned Parenthood, and – just to keep things interesting – was a bassoonist in various orchestras and contemporary ensembles.
I started Juno because I get so much fulfillment from helping leaders have those break-through moments, lighting a path through a challenging situation, or taking a bit off their plate so they can focus on helping their staff and organization thrive. I love what I do and the incredible people I get to work with, and I still pinch myself often that this is my job.
My road to Juno hasn’t been linear, and for that I’m lucky – it’s my hope that the experiences, challenges, and skills I’ve gained on my path only better position me to help you along yours.
I’m based in Spokane, WA, where I live with my husband Paul, our daughter Hazel, and our two pups, Walter and Fern.
